How this works
A working day is a weekday (Monday to Friday) that isn't a bank holiday in your chosen region. This calculator includes both the start date and the end date in the count - Monday to Friday of the same week comes out as 5 working days, not 4.
Use the "Between two dates" mode for things like counting notice periods, probation lengths, or how many business days remain before a deadline. Use "Add working days" to find the date a given number of working days from a starting point - handy for things like working out when "two weeks' notice from today" actually lands.
Choose your region to use the right bank holiday calendar. Scotland and Northern Ireland have different bank holidays from England & Wales (St Andrew's Day, St Patrick's Day, etc.), so make sure you pick the right one for your contract or jurisdiction.
